I klicked on a link from phishing mail....account temporarily suspended...what shall I do now?

Hello,

I´ve got many E-Mails that my account has been frozen from appel, I never notice them, because I thougth it it is not wright. Now I get a mail that my account is temporarily frozen and I don´t no why, I thought it will be wright. So I open the mail and klick on the link :-( but it doesn´t open. I used my IPhone not the PC to check the mails.

What shall I do now??

Should I change all my passwords? Block my accounts?
